This coming from a tech with a degree and owner of an ASE certification(master tech) for over twenty years found that their diag and explanation to a female (customer of mine) customer wanting an estimate on her camaro to be false and misleading with an additional comment of whoever worked on her vehicle didn`t know what he was doing! I wonder just what there credentials are? Or are they just trying to take advantage... view more of her?
