Very, very nice. They were helpful, and gave me realistic opinions about what I should fix and what I could ignore or put off in my very well-worn car. I didn`t feel talked down to, as I have in other repair shops. They also have a convenient key drop box so you can drop your vehicle off, with instructions and information, at any hour, and is located really close to the bus stop.
