Sam is nice but he is a liar or naive when it comes to cars and their repairs. So much of what he told me has been false. He has denied responsibility for the $1100 in repairs that I shelled out only hours after I bought the car. He promised me that his mechanic had looked at it and that the car had no problems....my mechanic thinks otherwise. He promised me that he would pay for anything if there were problems, but ... view morenow he is refusing to do anything for me. My mistake was to not get it pre-inspected by a mechanic before I bought it.

Sam is a nice guy, but the car...

Sam is a nice guy, but the car I just bought from him has already required hundreds of dollars worth of work, and I`ve barely even driven it!?!?! His response was basically to blame the shop I took it to, even after I explained to him that the thing was smoking and undriveable before I took it in. Again, nice guy, but I wouldn`t buy another car from him...

Buyer Beware

I would not even give this guy one star. Just bought a 2001 Honda Civic and 11 days later it needed a complete mechanic overhaul. Transmission, clutch, catalytic converter, rear differentials, seals, gaskets, you name it, it went wrong. Looking at more than the value of the car to get it back up and running and he will not contact me back. Here is a perfect example of a crooked used car salesmen.
