If you like getting shafted this is one of the best. These people have no business ecthics what so ever. Customer service is non-existant and they put themselves above you, the customer. You are not important . Don`t ask for an estimate unless you like surprises, for whatever you are getting an estimate for, will be done to your vehicle without your approval, and then you will be called a liar if you protest it. If... view more you do business with JP Tire bring the police along. You will need them. As the saying goes, `a fool and his money are soon parted.` Don`t be a fool by doing business there. Get everything in writing. And don`t wait for them to `call you back` or `call when your car is ready.` That won`t happen either especially if you deal with "Sam".
