After being ripped from Aspen Auto Clinic, I took my car to the guys at Japanese Connection. They found the problem quickly and fixed it. Matt is the Service Manager at this business. He is great. He knows his stuff and he treated me like I had good sense vs just being a woman. He took me and showed me exactly what was wrong. He gave me an estimate and they stuck to it. He recommended other things that would need to ... view morebe done later and gave me prices for that work. My car is running great and I don`t feel stupid for taking it to Japanese Connection. Being a woman and having auto repairs done is hard enough. Matt and the staff at this place made me feel like a Smart Woman for bringing my car to them. I feel empowered by the treatment I received here. They have a Customer Shuttle service, a great waiting area and the friendliest Customer Service anywhere I have been. I would recommend Japanese Connection to anyone who needs auto repairs done. Honest people and they truly care about every single customer and their needs.
