Poor Customer Relations

Choosing Aamco because they are Natiowide is a mute point as Warrenty work seems to be an issue at least for THIS particular Dealer. We hadour transmission rebuilt in California and 5000 milrs later we are stuck in Grand Junction being rebuilt AGAIN and being treated awful, no call backs, no updates and when we persist Service Writer AND Manager lie about progress everyday being a different story. When we call them o... view moren the differences we are told day to day they respond with COMPLETE RUDENESS reminding us THEY didnt build the transmission in the first place. BUT AAMCO representative DID and as far as I am concerned if you hang an Aamco Transmission sign to ATTRACT business you should be PREPARED to treat people with RESPECT and DIGNITY when honor other AAmco Warranty Work!!!!!! Do not think this Aamco Dealer deserves ANYONES business :/
