I had the worst car repair exp...

I had the worst car repair experience with them. I spent $3500 to replace engine, air conditioning system. They pushed out completion date so many times it took them 2 weeks to finish the job. The next day I picked up my car, it got overheated and they were trying to charge me another $350 for new radiator which they should have fixed at the first time. After some negotiation, they agreed to do no charge. I picked... view more up my car again on Thursday and my air conditioning stopped working on Sunday in the same week. They wanted $350 more to fix the air conditioning claiming that it has nothing to do with their work and it was just a coincidence that it got broke down. They lost paperwork, loaned me the car that turned out to be a car with some issue asked me to return right after I loaned....I strongly recommend people not to go there. I was expecting a good service reading all the reviews. I ended up talking to my co-worker who also experienced bad services, issues with them when he noticed I was driving loaner car from them for two weeks.

Great Reliable Knowledgeable friendly Service

Got my 2004 Outback serviced again and done in a friendly efficient manner on time with no surprises so great peace of mind motoring for me. Offered extra services that I would take up on if I was going up into the mountains or outa state. Awesome keep up the great work.. :-)
