Like a few others, I received a newletter from Major Motor Cars regarding my experience. Im happy to do this for them because it truly was a good experience. Top`s in professionalism in all categories for a car dealer. Not overpowering yet will make good deals. They are very attentive, and honest. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Best to buy something there on the last day of any month!

I don`t know why this dealership has any polarizing ratings. I only had a fantastic experience here buying my Range Rover. Everyone we talked to was very polite and accomodating. Literally I think everyone that works their offered me something to drink LOL. I would definitely recommend my friends to come here if they want to be treated right. Well established, located in a very convenient location!! A++++ customer service. Their inventory is great. Many options to choose from. I actually bought a different car than I originally wanted. My salesman (Andyl) was on top of every single detail I had asked for. Thanks again guys!

I called about a BMW and the sales man I spoke too (Peter) was straight up and did not play games. The prices were reasonable and same as we discussed on the phone. I have purchased a used vehicle in the past and dealing with the salesman was a nightmare, this was similar to carmax where the sales people do not even get commission. I will definitely recommend to family and friends!

So my wife and I came in from Phx to get an SUV as the selection in LA is much better. We found Major Motor on autotrader as we were looking for an ML350. We met Neil at the entrance and he willingly showed us the vehicle, inside and out. He gave us the complete history as far as he knew and allowed us to take the vehicle for a test drive. He could not have been nicer and easier to work with. We looked at several other vehicles and came back to Major the next day. Neil was off but the other guys gave us a ton of help in deciding and at no point did we feel any pressure. They were all smiles, casual and laid back about the process. No issues at all. Neil offered to come in later to sort out the paperwork as the ML there was the best deal/condition we found after looking at a couple of others. We easily finalized the paperwork with minimal haggling. I have purchased a dozen cars in my lifetime and this was the easiest and most pleasant. Thanks guys!

If your looking for a high-end car Major motor cars is the place! We were looking for a specific car and color for my wife. We looked at all that were available from San Diego to Beverly Hills (no joke). Many were not as advertised or grossly over priced. Major motor cars had 2 of the model and color we wanted at a resonable price. We drove down unannounced and only found one of the cars. Neil was apologetic and said... view more the other car was taken to the dealer to repair one of the back sunscreens and offered to bring the car to us when he gets it back (a 100 mile round trip). We declined his amazing offer. That is a little insight into the service we were shown at Major motor cars.
So we looked over the car that was available on the lot. never were we pressered. they opened the car and we jumped in. He said come get me if you have any questions. After about 20min. he came back answered our questions and left us alone again. What a break from most of the other lots we have been on.
We told neil to call us back when the other car was returned fron the dealer. He called and we returned for a test drive. Everything checked out and we bought the car after negotiating a VERY resonable price.
We love the car. The price was amazing. The inventory is second to none, and everyone we delt with from the salesmen to the car prep guys were very knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recomend MAJOR MOTOR CARS for your next high end used car perchase
