I usually get special offers from downtown L.A. Audi for service, wanted to come and get serviced ay Keyes Audi in the valley, they wouldn`t honor their special offer. Service advisor Gisselle was rude and didn`t seem to care wheather I brought my car to them or not. She didn`t even try. Very poor customer service skills.
