I`ve had horrible experiences with other dealerships where I felt as though I was ripped off but was impressed as soon as I walked in to Bob Smith Toyota. They were helpful and not at all pushy. Simply put, Bob Smith Toyota is the best! From sales to Finance to service they make me personally feel special and important. But most importantly Haik took his time, followed up with me for 7 years form when we first purchased with them. That to me is 100 % customer service. My girlfriend and I were treated with respect. That impressed us, our salesman Jesse answered all our questions with honesty. He was very up to date on all cars and features they each had.
