I brought my trailer here to have it repaired. The trailer was sent to a third party repair facility that did not repair the welds properly. I was called to pick up the trailer from the third party repair facility and take it back to final touch. In transit the trailer was damage further because it was not prepped to be towed. I was told by Joel (owner of final touch) that it was my problem and that I would have to p... view moreut in another claim for insurance. I disagreed. I was the told by Joel that he never wanted to take my business and he would take me to arbitration. It`s all about money with this guy and not customer service. Definitely will not recommend this facility to anyone. Very disappointing!
