It is a school so the guys there don`t know what they are doing

This Firestone is right next to the Firestone mechanic school so the guys there don`t know what they are doing. The manager Rick protects the Firestone students. Rick was yelling at me and blaming me for a brake job that was done poorly. When I went back for smog work and asked Rick to follow up on the diagnositic test they had previously done, Rick refused and wanted me to spend another $80 for another diagnos... view moreitic tests.

I went to Pep Boys up the street. They did a good job for much less.
