difficult to work with. bought an alternator from them on a friday and installed it the following tuesday. it did not work so we double checked our diagnosis the following day. it was a bad alternator. called them on thursday and they said that they only warranty electrical parts for 5 days. they would not even do an exchange. lost $375

Completely unprofessional. I read reviews of online customers stating the part did not work and they would not return calls etc. That gave me a heads up, so I phoned in to ask about their warranty on used parts. The guy says 10 days, are you kidding me 10 days?! I said oh I won`t have it installed by then, he hangs up. Completely rude, any other junkyard provides an actually warranty.
