No Haggle Heaven

We bought our current car from CarMax last year. It was a strange experience (no sharks waiting at the door for us), and people were friendly, not phony. Our sales person was great. He was more than helpful. We took four different cars out for a test, and he answered all of our questions. He took the time to understand our needs and wants in a vehicle and spent the time trying to find the best fit for us with th... view moree vehicles they had on the lot and in their system-wide database. He was patient while my husband and I made decisions and then led us through the entire purchase process. I would definitely recommend CarMax in Duarte to anyone looking for a used car.
