Long wait and no accountability

I took my vehicle in for a warranty repair on a leaky gas tank line. They kept my car for a full week (7 calender days). During the course of that week, they left the vehicle windows down. It was November and there were heavy winds at some point during that week. When I came to pick my vehicle up, First Kia had the nerve to bring my vehicle up and hand me the keys. When I got inside the vehicle there was a c... view moreoarse, gritty dust on every surface of the inside of my vehicle: all over the dashboard, the seats throughout the vehicle and in every crack and crevice that you can imagine. They told me that I could bring it in at a later time and they would detail the inside for me. I told them that since they greatly inconvenienced me, would they also throw in a free wash and wax. They refused to take that extra step. I decided to detail the inside myself rather than to leave my vehicle vulnerable to their imcompetancy a second time. The 1st Kia Customer Relations manager and owner both refused to handle this situation with any sort of good ethics or business practice. I will never visit any 1st automotive group again. Stay away from Simi Valley.
