Awesome Shop

I have been taking my cars to Bryants for years now...I know for a fact that other shops including the dealers have brought cars over to the bryants to figure out what was wrong with the car...as far as Shady business goes...having a scratch on a car and getting miffed about it come on buddy...could`ve happened anywhere...I know that I don`t check over my car before taking it in...anyway...bryants is top rate and the... view more prices are reasonable

Shady business...Don`t Let these guys touch your ride!!!

SHADY BUSINESS...ABSOLUTELY ZERO STARS (if I could, I had to fill at least one- VERY POOR). These guys Could`ve had a customer for life that would not have questioned any charges for any repairs they did. Instead, they were careless when they did some work... These guys scratched my car, and then wouldn`t fix it. Dan (the owner/mis-manager) explained it as an ""inherent risk to taking your car to a shop"". These guys... view more are unprofessional and don`t care about their current customers, nor do they care about new ones. It`s a shame that in a car-crazy town such as Redding that shady mechanics are allowed to exist. If you care about your car, take it elsewhere. I know I will.
