Mike and the guys at Smog Only are the best. They are Quintuple ASE Master Techs. Go in on a rainy day and there is no waiting. In and out in less that 15 min. Highly recommended to everyone that needs a smog check.

Does what you want
They do what they say they will do for a decent price. I think I was in and out of there in ~20 or 25 minuets which for me is nice because that`s one of those things that`s last on my list. They did the credit card transaction right in front of me and no duplicate charges showed up on my account so no complaints here.
