Not only were they HORRIBLE.... They kept my car WAY longer then they said they needed it and they caused more issues with my car then what it went it with. I went in for typical routine work......they charged me up the rear for it THEN they call me to tell me other things are now not working but they ordered the parts and are working on fixing it..... Yea right ! I have no car in the mean time no way to get there to... view more get my car right now. DO NOT GO TO THEM !!!! DO NOT GO TO ANY PEP BOYS !!!!!! I will also be reporting them to the BBB
