DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY!!!!! They do great work, I will say that. BUT, their ethics practices leave much to be desired. I would have made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this mechanic, but apparently he does not have an account with them. What this shop did to make me so angry, and decide to take my business elsewhere, is they disclosed personal, private information about me and my place of residen... view morece to my ex-husband, who is a well known abuser and deadbeat dad. My own children have personal restraining orders against this man. And the owners of Charlie`s Garage willingly gave up my personal information to him because they have a long time friendship with him, thereby placing my children in danger. When they were confronted with this breach of privacy, they refused to admit fault and gave a long story full of holes as to prove their innocence. Or lack thereof. To make a long story short, if you want your personal information kept personal, and you expect to be able to TRUST your mechanic, do not use these guys. Its not worth the risk. You never know what they may do behind your back.
