Bad temper

Matt Ehrlich (manager) was very rude. They got the wrong color part, and increased the estimate from $300 to $500 in order to repaint it. Then they told me I can order the part elsewhere, and they will install it. Which I did. When I called back to get it installed he said it was "too much of a pain in the b***" and they did not want to do it. His manager Louise said the same thing in a nicer way.
