I visited this Lexus service center for the first time, and I had an excellent experience! I have been happy with the local Honda dealership for the past several years, so I wondered how Lexus would compare. Instantly, I was impressed with the level of friendliness, courtesy, and amenities. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly associate (Eddie) who was kind enough to show me around and introduce me to a helpfu... view morel parts manager (Eric). I even met the service manager (Daniel) who couldn`t have been nicer. During my visit, they took care of me -- and my car. I feel confident this staff strives for superior customer service, so I will gladly recommend the Santa Monica Lexus Service Center, and I will certainly return to this location in the future.
