Lots of trouble

I came to this place because it was affordable thinking, this is a great deal instead of paying 500 dollars for a break change at the dealership...but I guess you get what you paid for. I had to return to the shop continuously because my brakes would always make noises...it would go away for a couple days then return. So to save yourself the hassle just pay the extra money to get your car fixed the correct way inst... view moreead of putting up with the stress you`ll get from having to go back and forth so that they can `see what is wrong`.

poor customer service

When I phoned the pep boys in sunnyvale ca, they said they were not busy, and yet, after I arrived at the sunnyvale pep boys, it took them 4 hours to install my tires, the longest I have ever waited for a tire installation. The price they quoted was over 100 dollars more than I expected, and when I asked why, he explained about the front end alignment, premium tire warranty, all things I did not request.. so, this is not a store I would recommend for any type of automotive service.""
