Very good work! Precision Auto Body on Fairview
I had the pleasure of taking my mercedes to Precision on a Monday morning. The car was promised to be finished by Friday evening. Just some
minor repairs but time consuming. I didn`t pick up the car on Friday. They finished it sooner,Thursday. On a scale of one to ten, the car was eleven. and a very competitive price. My neighbor referred me.
I have already referred three of my neighbors to them.
You don`t refer your neighbors unless you are quite

The Best in Santa Barbara!

Even though I don`t have an expensive car like a Benz or BMW, they were there with open doors. I was in volved in a rear end collision and they`re turn around was fast! The clerical staff was amazing and helped out on getting me into a rental. I have herd from others this place was the best, and came recomended by Santa Barbara Auto Group, I think they are contracted with them. Any who, best in town!

They will break other parts while fixing your car.

I took my car in to get a bumper replaced from a simple fender bender. My car`s bumper has rear proximity sensors that beep when reversing close to an object. The sensors were not damaged whatsoever during the fender bender, and functioned perfectly during the several months before I took it in to get fixed. After a simple replacement of the bumper shell, the sensors no longer worked. Precision Auto Body denied a... view moreny wrongdoing, and even suggested that I was making the story up that my sensors were working beforehand. They believed that the sensors were probably damaged in the accident, and that they were not responsible for the damage. It`s fairly obvious to me that they damaged something during the bumper replacement and would not fess up to it. These people are very happy and professional when they take your money, but if anything goes wrong, trust me, they will be condescending and hands off of any wrongdoing. Do not take your car to Precision Auto Body. They were inconsiderate when I called them out on their mistake and will bully you until you go away. I`m out an extra few hundred dollars because of their reckless repair work for something as simple as a bumper replacement.
