Caveat emptor, unprofessional, unethical, rude

unprofessional, rude, unethical. All in all they are unscrupulous cheats. I had my mustang ""restored"" by them with nothing but problems. They had excuse after excuse for said problems not wanting to honor warranty. Bottom line they don`t know what they are doing, have no desire for a quality product just want your money. Strange dudes but alot of parts

I went in to buy some parts for my 65 mustang a couple of weeks ago, I was in the store 10 minutes before they even acknowledged me, I think I might have got them at a bad time, the 2 guys behind the counter looked like they were on the computer playing video games, they had alot of parts to choose from and I found everything I needed, overall if you`re not into asking questions it`s an ok place, Mustang Parts House ... view moreis alot more friendlier.

Service matters, and they`re poor...

Rude, unhelpful service. Act like they`re doing you a favor. Advised to buy the wrong product for my car, then had trouble returning it. Took three visits and heated conversations to get a refund. Have spent $5k on restoring my mustang since then, and have given them $0 in business.
