The people at Hoehn Honda should be ashamed of themselves. My widowed elderly mother bought a new car from them shortly after my father died. She has been going in regularly for service and performing every recommended tune-up, including new filters and having her tires rotated. Now, after putting only 20,000 miles on a brand new set of tires they sold her, she was been told that the alignment has been off and her ti... view moreres are ruined. They refused to prorate or give her any discount on a new set. After my sister went in and complained and they refused to do anything, my mother went to Firestone to purchase the tires. While there, they informed her that her filter has NEVER been changed! My mother has receipts from Honda verifying that they changed it multiple times. Sounds pretty fishy, Hoehn. You have been taken advantage of the wrong person. I have filed a complaint with BBB (and I`m not the only one!) and giving you bad reviews all over the Internet. Did you guys forget that people Google now before they buy? Stay away from this business! They are not to be trusted!! If they think nothing of cheating an elderly widow, they won`t hesitate to cheat you too!

My brother got his car through Hoehn Honda and he got a good deal on a Civic, So I figured I would come in and see what kind of deals they had. I`m now a proud owner of Honda Accord.

Everything was done very nicely.

They made sure I was done on time so that I could pick up my kids from school. The waiting area was very pleasant. The shuttle drivers were very sweet.

I was treated fairly on car price

Bought an immaculate 2009 Honda Fit last weekend. The salesperson Nick V. and finance guy Kevin were great! Overall I left the dealership feeling like I was treated fairly on car price and trade-in value of my old car.
