He was extremely helpful with making me feel comfortable knowing that my car was in good hands. My check engine light was on so, I left my car for them to check out and get back to me with an estimate. I wasn`t pressured into any of the recommended repairs by warnings of imminent road disasters, like I have at other shops. The prices and labor costs seemed fair. A great friend of mine told me about this place a few years ago. Best advice I could have gotten. We pay attention to detail at Apple so I wanted a place that pays as much attention to my car needs. Until I moved to Santa Cruz, this was the ONLY place I ever had my Hondas repaired. Professional, Thorough, competitive pricing, excellent customer service, honest. I considered them my business partners. Today,even though I still live in SC, I am taking my newest Honda there for service (timing belt replacement) because I trust them so completely.

I got my oil changed and later opened the hood and saw splashes of white powder near the battery, and dried up orange gunk around the coolant reservoir. I showed it to Bill and he said he would do a steam clean at no charge. So, not only did they clean the engine, they also washed the car and blacked the tires. Looked like a wax job! No cost to me.
