You have to be kidding me right? 5 stars? Before you come here, look at the dates of the reviews. This place must`ve been there for years, there is just no way... In summary, if you love your car or value it in any way, I suggest you go else where. Brought my silver is250 here after a front end accident. They skim on the corners. No seat covering and no floor covering. They denied the what looks like silver ... view morepaint residue on my black carpet floor mat and black leather seat. If it wasn`t there before I brought in my car and you didn`t do it, a ghost must`ve stepped all over the driver side of the car and pretend he could drive because I`m not sure how else it got there. They also did a terrible job taking the dents out because if I look at my car on a sunny day from across the street, you can see that a dent has been pulled out. They may seem friendly, but just don`t come here. Learn your lesson from me.

I`m never impressed by mechani...

I`m never impressed by mechanics but other than fixing my car and it now running great, they are SO friendly. They don`t talk down to you like you don`t know what you`re talking about. It felt great and was a refreshing experience.

I can`t begin to explain how well my experience went. I usually have problems with mechanics because of pricing or misunderstandings but the mechanics at R&M took care of me and were very informative. I didn`t feel like I was being ripped off for once.
