Wow!! Do NOT trust this company! We had a HORRIBLE ""bait and switch"" experience with this company.
Our vehicle with flat tire got stranded in San Bruno, in their city. They told us it will take 30 minute to get there and quoted us a tow of $65 if less than 5 mile tow. It took them, 2 hours to get there and when the tow truck driver got there, he wanted to charge $350 to tow to Sears, which was in viewing dist... view moreance of our broken down vehicle. Surely, it was less than a mile tow. When we refused his outragous scam, he said he`ll charge our credit card anyway. I don`t understand how this company gets 5 star rating from others, with such a scam! They don`t even deserve 1 star! It is a shame to have to deal with such companies!!! Stay AWAY from them.
