Great place to take you vehicle!

It`s so hard to find a good mechanic that knows what they are doing and doesn`t take advantage of you. I have gone through about a dozen mechanics from up in Humboldt and in the Bay Area and I am so happy I finally found these guys. They are known for specializing in volkswagons and I was actually referred there by another mechanic shop when I had my jetta. They are very up front and honest and easy to work with. Th... view moreey usually can get you in if not that day then the next business day and order their parts overnight so the service is quick and you get your vehicle back in no time. The prices are fair and tells you exactly what needs to be done and explains it all very well so you know exactly what you are paying for. I recently got a mazada and got rid of my jetta and I still take it to Honest Engine even over the dealership who overprices things and does sloppy work (they put the wrong oil filter size on my car and it busted off and leaked all the oil all over the driveway). Can`t say enough good things about these guys...if you are searching for a good mechanic who does great work def check these guys out!
