FALSE ADVERTISEING OF HELPING OUT CUSTOMERS

I went to see if I could purchase a vehicle considering I have purchased one there one before and still making payments on time till the present time. I was at first given a negotiation price then was later denied that I needed a co-signer didnt need one the first time and the info of my history is basically the same. They have ads claiming they help you out in what they can. My credit aint perfect wasn`t back the... view moren either but at least they can be more nicer and curtious and try to find a solution in trying to purchase a vehicle. They didn`t offer any other solution just said can`t finance and thats it. Then they try to sell me a car that they probably cant sale and maybe and older model that I don`t want like the first time. So my experience was not so great and hope other customers are treated differently and actually helped out and get a car they want. Then whats the point of buying a vehicle. I hope it has nothing to do w/ how the customers apperance or something. At least they could of been more considerate if a solution couldnt be found it would of been understandable but shouldn`t advertise false promises.
