Terrible Customer Service

Faulty advertising, wouldnt honor agreement, incorrectly listed vehicle. Refund required a rewriting and submittal of all paperwork, and reran our credit. Car had issues 2 days into first month, vehicle was in their shop for a week, for a 2 day fix.Trisha store admitted it was their fault, but pretty much only offered 1000.00 off vehicle.Thats norhing considering the sell a average of 20+ cars a month per sales pees... view moreon. NOT Happt would buy a car again ever.

Car buying experience

The sales staff was friendly and the service group kept me informed as my car was being repaired. The loaners that they provided were from bad to okay (one smelled like cigarette smoke, the other smelled like a wet dog and had ants inside).

If you want a good price for a...

If you want a good price for a trade-in, THIS is the place to go. If you want to buy a car... don`t go here! Their cars are mmhh let`s say.. USED, really really used! As in "rental car" used. The rate they offered me was rediculous!!!
