You want to be treated like a moron, want to be treated as if you SHOULD be spending your money at this dealership? Then run don`t walk to this dealership. From the minute we walked on the lot, we were greeted by mr. NO personality who treated the wife as if she knew nothing, so shut up. He nothing about what he was talking about as far as the car goes. We told him we knew nothing about LEXUS in general, and clea... view morerly he knew nothing, because he flat out lied. Mr. Scott no personaility needs to go seek employment somewhere else, if nothing else go to work at a lower end dealership. They lost our business and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to shop at the Roseville Lexus dealership. First impression is everything and unfortanately it stunk!
