My front brakes were screechin...

My front brakes were screeching, and the rear brakes were grinding. I took my Caravan in and expected to buy both front and rear brakes because I was sure both were shot. I even told the technician that I wanted both front and rear replaced. To my surprise, I received a call from the tech informing me that only the front needing replacing, and the grinding sounds from the rear brakes was a result of driving throw ... view moresandy rain run-off --which I have to do in order to reach home on those stormy days. The tech hosed the back brakes off and I was good to go! They could have taken advantage, but they were honest. I will use them always!

Better off repairing yourself

Take your car to Expert Automotive at your own risk. Not only did their radiator replacement not fix my coolant leak, but it made it even worse. They had assured me there were no other leaks though. I even took it back next week, but they still failed to fix the problem, which got critical. They were closed for a whole week after that, so the head gasket blew. I had it towed in when they finally opened, but they... view more blamed me for everything and refused to even reimburse me for the 3 week old radiator.
