Absolutely incompetent. Not only did they not fix my car and charged me outrageous fees for diagnostic and failed "repair" but they were also very rude when they were explaining why they failed to fix it and why they were still charging me $$$$. Had to go to another place to get the job done right. Incompetent, rude, unprofessional, and greedy. Avoid!
