Lost a Customer

I just moved here and I`m looking for a good VW mechanic...but I will look elsewhere.

I got a short voicemail left on my machine when I called and left Chris a nice message to call me back regarding my car. He did say ""hello"" but just ""hung up the phone"" when the message was done, no ""good bye"" or anything, just a click. Totally unprofessional.

But I gave them a second chance this morning, and C... view morehris was once again short with me.

I told him that I did not like his ""tone"" and ""shortness"" with me and that I just wanted to ask a few questions regarding costs per hour, and how they charged customers.

I then told him I will take my business elsewhere, and I will do so.

I`ve never written a review on line, but I felt I needed to do this for other possible customers

Awful treatment. No concern for safety, just for making more

Awful treatment. No concern for safety, just for making more money.

I brought my car in there for a mechanical assessment before selling it. They then told the buyer there are major mechanical safety problems but would not tell me what they were since I didn`t pay for the service.

If the buyer hadn`t told me there were issues I would have never known!! Bertini`s couldn`t have cared less and refused to ... view moresay anything when I called asking for info and wouldn`t help me get any information.

You are better off staying away from these guys. They are not honest!!

Amazing service!

I decided to try somewhere new and brought my car in for service. The pricing was reasonable and both Jared and Chris were there to help out in any way. When i picked up my car it was washed and all ready for me. I couldn`t ask for more! I definately recommend this business to my friends and family!

Don`t Go Here!!

This place lies and takes advantage of you. I went to them after getting a better quote than the dealer, but it was a mistake. They fixed the driver side fan as requested, but I came out with the passenger side broken. I know it was working when I went in. I heard it running even that morning. They denied any responsibility and suggested I had them fix the wrong side. I have the paperwork from VW showing that their d... view moreiagnostic confirmed the driver side was broken (not passenger), I also called them back just now to confirm it was the driver side (yes it was) and I had visually looked at it with my dad and we both saw the passenger was working and the driver side was not just days before the disaster ""repair"". Bertini`s still says it`s not their fault and offered to fix the other fan for $500, which is $100 more than the dealer for a part they broke. Run, run far away. I`m making sure to spread the word to all my friends and family to take your business elsewhere!!
