Bad Work, Inferior Products, Lots of Excuses

Poor Paint Matching. Used Cheap Clear Coat instead of quality one. Were rude at the end of the process because I did not want to accept my car. They said the nature of the paint products made the paint look that bad. They also did not remove the window to complete the repair, instead they painted around it--that area started to rust. Insurance believed them that they couldn`t match my color and refused to help. ... view moreOne year later, the yellowing on their bad paint match was even worse--turns out they used cheap clear coat. The repair area was rusting. Trim parts were falling off the repair. The car looked two-toned. Took it to Santee Collision, threatened Geico, got the repair redone, and have a beautiful, color matched car again. This was the biggest nightmare of a repair I have ever encountered and I will never recommend this shop to anyone.
