My car didn`t crank. Towed (get that AAA if you don`t have one!) it to an Indy shop. diagnosed the car and said one of the cylinder had no compression. Told me to rebuild it for $5000 (Yikes!). I said I need a 2nd opinion if I`m going to spend that much. Towed it to Clippinger Chrysler Jeep Dodge and said it was the same problem but said that the it would be $1600-$1700 for parts and services. I said go for it! A w... view moreeek later I got my car back and drives like new. Customer service was excellent and professional and got my car back in a timely manner. Ask for Service Manager Ryan.
