Terrible workmanship and the most dishonest mechanic shop I have ever mistakenly trusted. I paid over 5300 for engine and radiator replacement. They had the car for about 3 months and did not have it ready as promised. They did not connect radiator or brakes correctly. brakes failed after leaving their shop. Consider the consequences if I had been already on Borrego grade! They homemade fabricated a wrong size di... view morepstick tube with a hose attachment at the bottom. Radiator lost all water on trip home because they did not connect it correctly. They refuse to cover their damage. I had to go thru Bureau of Automotive repair to get anything done at all. I now have to take them to court. Two other shops have concurred that their work was awful. As one owner said, "if one of my guys did work like this, he`d be looking for a job". They lied to me and cheated me. They did not change spark plugs either. DO NOT TRUST DESERT TIRE!! TOO EXPENSIVE AND TOO MUCH HASSLE!!
