Over the years, my family and I have used Automobile Collision Center to repair our SUV on three separate incidents. Two of those accidents were caused by uninsured drivers and the third by our neighbor. Our poor SUV! But, each time Automobile Collision Center fixed the car like new. Even the door handle feels better when opening it, and some of the nicks and imperfections that weren`t in the insurance report wer... view moree fixed too. Yes, I noticed them, and they didn`t even tell me about them. The impeccable service has been outstanding, and Nancy the receptionist even remembered my name. I am so impressed with the service from the first phone call to pick up that I gratefully sent the owner Mr. Choe a basket of chocolates from Fannie May.

I live in Fremont, but brought my car to ACC Auto Collision for Repair in Newark. I had been in an accident on the way to work and ACC was so fast and organized they had me in a rental car and on my way to work in a matter of minutes even though I was still recounting my crazy story on how I got into an accident. I dropped my car on a Weds and even though my front end required new parts/paint, they had the car read... view morey for pick up first thing Saturday morning. The paint matches the rest of the van perfectly, you can`t tell it was ever damaged and I`ve had no problems with the parts. The office staff is really good about keeping you up to date on expected time to return the car to you, explain things in laymen`s terms, they are friendly, have car rental on site that gives discounted car rental (saved me a ton for a midsize) and a location that is easy to get to with easy parking. They even vacuumed my entire van and washed it which was unexpected. I got it back in better shape then I brought it to them. I would definitely use them again :-). They made the process very painless. No complaints - Great service ! Very professional from the repairman to the office staff, manager etc., YOU CAN TELL THAT THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AS IT SHOWS ACROSS THE BOARD !

AUTO COLLISION CENTER Express Repair is really an express service center with GEICO because they did an excellent job on the car in just 2 days ; it was hassle free and very convenient. My car loooks new and the personnel were so professional.i`m so glad that they did an excellent super fast job with 5 star results, hassle free, convenient and express, the way i want it.
