I was taken for a ride by these guys. I had my Saab towed here for $150 diagnostic fee, which they said would be waived if they did any work on it. They put me off for several days, didn`t have time to look at the car. Then told me it was an $850 repair and needed to move immediately because the car had been on their lot so long -- even though that was their fault.

I let them do the repair, they ran my paym... view moreent in advance, and tried to get me out the door as quickly as possible when I picked up the vehicle. When I checked the fee, the $150 was charged to me and they wouldn`t agree to take it off. Then, on the road, I see that the speedometer is broken -- Ted & Al`s had broken it or disconnected it when repairing the other parts.

They made a big show about inspecting it when I took it back, and claimed they hadn`t broken it. However, they`d be happy to fix it for $500!

These guys are textbook sleazy mechanics. Don`t go here.
