As I was driving to the DMV in Petaluma, I noticed a sandwich board that said Vehicle Registration. I went to the DMV and waited for an hour before I left. I went to CA-AVRs and they registered my car for me. There was a 20 dollar fee, but who knows how long I was waiting in line at DMV before I would be helped. Well worth the money. The women were very friendly and helpful.
