Walts Transmission Service people were very helpful. I tried very hard to find a close tow operator and the one they found was very good, polite and knew his job. I recommended him to Walts Transmission Service. Like I said on the front, the Walts Transmission Service operators were very polite and very good at keeping us updated on what was going on. I`ve seen advertisements by the ""big"" companies, and always wondered if Walts Transmission Service would be there when I needed them. Well, my doubts are now gone. Service and responsiveness were outstanding. My only regret is that I didn`t call for help sooner. After I called, I stopped feeling alone. Many thanks.

These folks are great!

These folks are great! Someone broke into my car after hours while I was visiting Hayward, CA, leaving a shattered window on a rainy night. They came out at 9 pm to put a sheet over the window and guide me to their shop. Then they gave me a lift to my hotel. They repaired the window straight away the next morning, and drove out to pick me up again. Not the cheapest, but who could ask for better speed or service? Wond... view moreerful people.
