I went in for a simple oil change and signed up for their "Signature Service" simply because they said that I could come in "anytime" and receive a "top off" of any fluids that I needed. One month later I pulled in to have my fluids checked and learned that I was 1/2 qt. low on oil. The tech told me it couldn`t be "topped off" because it would be over filled. Two weeks later I... view more did the same thing and again I was told I was a quart low and AGAIN told it couldn`t be topped off. I paid extra for the Signature Service just because of the FREE top offs but I`ve had to go buy my own quart of oil and top it off myself. My opinion is this is bad business to make promises they have no intention of keeping. Or maybe it was because I`m a woman and they saw a sucker when I pulled in.
