The place to be degraded!

Incomprehensible! Their service was horrid. First off, chauvinists! When I went there with my knowledge of cars (which is pretty good), they treated me like dirt under their nails and did not take care of my needs. My husband came in on a seperate day, mentioned the same thing, and was praised for that knowledge. Regardless of earning praise, we still didn`t get proper care for our car. Our `98 Jetta`s clutch was bei... view moreng replace. 2 1/2 weeks later, they said it was completed. When we took the care, the clutch was good and tight... and within days was loose and flaccid (like the owner). I took it back for warranty work, and they tightened it back up to the way it was supposed to be, blame shifted the problem to a veteran mechanic who he say`s "doesn`t really know anything", and then gave the car back to us. Yay, now we have our car back again, ready to head out of town, time for cruise contro... wait, it doesn`t work anymore. It worked when we first took the vehicle, after it`s initial repair, now that we got it back, the young mechanic who scolded the older mechanic made his own set of mistakes. Upon our return, they said that it wasn`t working in the first place. The warranty was only 90 days, and now that it has been 1 1/2 years later, the clutch is out. My business is being taken to European Auto, upon positive referral!
