dealer SCAM

car dealer named Manuel scams customers with low bogus arguments then add-ons additional time before delivering vehicle.
He has agreed to repair small details If the car needs it but he is failing to comply with the deadlines that we have agreed upon. That guy in not reliable at all neither are the people that he works with.
