Bad service

We`ve brought our clunker here several times and spent thousands of dollars fixing the same stuff over and over again it seems. I don`t know why we keep going back... I guess we don`t know where else to take it. The customer service is terrible. They keep you waiting forever, and they are not courteous or apologetic. You can count on it taking at least 30 minutes to drop off your car and about the same when you pick ... view moreit up.
