Avoid this dealership

I recently purchased a used car (I always buy used) from this dealership and I have been finding problems with it ever since. In fact, they straight up lied to me. I asked about the brake pads and was told that they were inspected and had less than 50% wear. One week after my purchase I had them checked and guess what, the pads need replacing. BMW of Fremont is the prototypical slimy car dealership where they try... view more to rip off anyone dumb enough to walk onto their lot. I would be surprised if they have any repeat customers at all. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Buyer Beware

I have been to hell and back over a car lease. These people are very dishonorable. They talk out of all sides of their mouthes. They are only interested in emptying the money from your pockets. Their sales people aren`t around long enough to finish a sentence and then the buyer is left hung out to dry. I am surprised BMW North America will even let them sell their cars.

Horrible

Just wanted to say the techs here do not know what they are doing. After 2 months of continually having my brand new vehicle in for service for the same issue, they had to be told that the warning light they had been seeing this WHOLE time was a ""bulb"" issue. I mean, REALLY!
