I have been a regular customer already, and this time I took my Honda Civic, which has seen work here before, to fix a power window. At first, it was expensive, and I contemplated not fixing it. Then I shopped around and found the repair cheaper elsewhere. But Tokyo drops the $60 diagnosis when U fix the problem! They not only did that, but the manager decided to give me a discount so that they could make money, but ... view moremore importantly, it would be more convenient for me at that point. They also finished the job much earlier than the estimated time! I highly recommend this place to ANYone needing car repairs! The window now works wonderfully--just like a new car!

all I have to say is that they are hard working! I couldn`t get up the hill until 8pm to pick up my nissan but they still waited for me. I needed it to take my kids to the doctor the next morning. that was really nice of them.

Hey, I took my car here for the first time to have a radiator hose changed several months ago, and it`s still holding up. Although it was only my first time here, they did a good job, and it`s a good first impression. I plan to come back for my future needs.

TOKYO TIRE AUTO CENTER B.A.R REG # AM 245932 E.P.A # CAL 000092095 I took my car to tokyo repair for oil change and test only smog I spoke with Mark the manager. He said he could pass my car but he is not a test only shop, he is only a smog check shop. The next day he said I needed a belt replacement and a air filter and charged me a 60 dollars fee for check-up and said the total amount f or the job wa... view mores going to be 170.00 dollars. The next day Mark called again and said that he needed more parts to fix car and asked for more money, he keep lying about finishing the car and everytime he would call and he would say that he needed more money because the parts were to expensive. Five days later he calls me and tells me that he needs more money to fix the car and I told him no and when to pick it up, and a few blocks after I picked up the car I was with my two kids thomas 3 years old and Annie 9 years old when suddenly the car started to overheat and smog started to come out and the coolant started to drip and the steering got really hard and the belt was really loose. I took the car back to Tokyo tire and Mark said that he would check it for free but we will have to pay for repairs and wanted 379 dollars to fix the car. Mark is a very dishonest person and acted very rude with me. He lied to me since the beginning because I when there to get my car to pass smog check and he said he could do it but he is not a test only smog check and that is what the dmw wanted and he knew that because I gave him the paper from the dmv.

This place is the most dishonest auto repair in the high dessert!! Where do i start? After leaving there i called several other auto shops only to find out that tokyo over charges by at least 40%! Not only that, they lie about when your car will be ready for pick up! I went to Tokyo auto and basically got spoiled , i just went in for a smog but since the prices were so reasonable and they were willing to do it right then I got a tune and a new windshield

I brought my civic here to find out why it was lagging so much they went to work on it immediately, it turned out my V tech solenoid was filled with gasket sealer they even showed me the part and explained everything had it driving like brand new that day

I brought my civic here curious as to why it was so sluggish they took it immediately and found out a solenoid was filled with gasket sealer the labor was gonna be a few hours so they offered me a ride home. Mark always kept me updated with the progress and I got my car that day and it runs like new

A good friend of mine recommended Tokyo Auto to me a couple of weeks ago. I got my brakes and wheel bearings redone and now the drive is alot smoother. They also told me a reminder that I need to get regular service done in a few thousand miles. I`m gonna come back to get that taken care of for sure.
