Who are these guys?
I dont really know who these guys are. We call our insurance and a pair of unprofessional men show up in an almost unmarked ford pickup with a little toy light on top and refuse to change our tire. Had to wait another hour for someone else to help us. They clearly are not a towing company, because they have no license number on the side like all tow companies have.
