Totally incompetent. A day and a half to rotate and balance four tires. Had an oil technician, who was employed for 5 days, do the job and the weights fell off my tires while I was leaving, not once, but two times in the same day. Lug not also fell off while driving. Do you think they offered any money back for my time, no they gave me 2 free oil changes. I would never return here and i gave the oil changes to people... view more waiting in the lobby. Stay far away from this place. Also the first person that assisted me lied to cover up the mistakes.
